Organisational Development

Organisation development is at the core of what we do. Although an organisation’s board and leaders will be driven largely by strategy and national policy context we place considerable emphasis on the influence of local context and challenges on formulating key priorities and implementation processes.

We view this as particularly important given the changing NHS context with the new commissioning system, mergers and acqusitionsand the ongoing drive for improved quality, productivity and efficiency. This creates, among other things, the need for greater inter-organisational collaboration and partnership across health systems.

Although each assignment is unique we believe analysing the strength of inter-organisational relationships, and the extent and strength of agreement of collaborative business objectives are key to both organisational and health system success.

Issues such as organisational style of working, executive and clinical leadership skills are also considered as part of our approach to working with you.
